A toddler is dead after being run over at a home in the Upstate, Thursday night. The Highway Patrol says the incident happened just after 6 PM in the driveway of a home on McDowell Street in Greenville.
The Coroner's Office says the 18 month old boy was behind a 2005 Honda SUV, when it backed over him. The toddler was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not yet been released.
The incident remains under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
