The discovery of a weapon believed to have been used in an Upstate murder last weekend, has led to the arrest of two people. The dive team from the Greenville County Sheriff's Office found a gun during the search of a pond Wednesday. Police believe the gun was used in the murder of 24 year old, Gerard Ouellette last Saturday at the Village Green Apartments in Clemson.

19 year old, Jose Bryan Murcia of Simpsonville and 19 year old, Nicholas Ethan Gilman of Taylors have been arrested in connection to the incident. Both of them face charges of murder, burgulary, attempted robbery and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
