Two Atlanta men will spend nearly a decade in federal prison for robbing an Upstate jewelry store. In May of 2023, three armed men committed a robbery at a jewelry store in Greenville.
One of the men was not wearing a mask he was later identified as 35 year old, Tony Nico Clark. Two other suspects were wearing masks, one was later identified as 30 year old Dedrek Hale, the other has still not been identified to this day.
Clark and Hale both entered guilty pleas on charges of robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and weapons violations. Clark has been sentenced to just over 9 years.
Hale was sentenced to 9 and a half years. There's no parole or early release in the federal system.
