An investigation is underway after a stabbing in the Upstate left two people hospitalized. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported stabbing at the Southern Pines Apartments in Spartanburg, Thursday morning.
Two victims were located and were transported to the hospital. Sheriff's Office Lieutenant Kevin Bobo says they have identified a suspect but had not located the suspect, as of the time of this report. There's been no word on the condition of either victim or what led to the stabbing.
