An investigation is ongoing after a shooting in the Upstate, Friday afternoon. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office responded to a home on Garrison Grove Drive in Simpsonville, just before 3PM.
Upon arrival, deputies found two victims suffering from gunshot wound. They were both transported to the hospital and the Sheriff's Office said as of 3:30 that they were both in "serious condition".
Investigators say an altercation between the suspect and two victims led to the shooting. A suspect was taken into custody at the scene. However, they have not yet identified the suspect.
