A suspect is facing charges after a weekend shooting at an Upstate gas station left two people injured. Police say the shooting happened at the QT in Seneca, around 2AM Sunday.

The Seneca Police Department says the suspect had been inside, then walked out to the parking lot and fired multiple shots at a vehicle that was leaving the parking lot. Two people inside the vehicle were hit and were injured.

They both were taken to an area hospital to be treated and have since been released. Investigators say, surveillance video helped them identify the suspect, Justin Lee Mitchell.

He's charged with attempted murder, shooting into an occupied vehicle and multiple weapons violations.
