The two victims killed in a weekend plane crash just over the North Carolina state line have been identified. As we previously reported, a small plane crashed in Tabor City, North Carolina Saturday afternoon.
The flight left from Spartanburg headed to the Grand Strand Airport in North Myrtle Beach.
Officials have identified the victims as 69 year old, Spartanburg businessman Philip Porter and his wife Cherlye. Porter had been a licensed pilot since 2013.
