Two suspects are in custody and two more are being sought following a fatal weekend shooting in the Upstate. The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported shooting at the Connecticut Village Apartments in Gaffney just after 4PM Sunday.
The shooting killed 18 year old, Tony Medrano who was fired on multiple times, while there visiting a friend. Both suspects that have been arrested are juveniles and therefore their names have not been released.
They are both charged with murder, as two other suspects who also have not been identified, remain at large. Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 888-Crime-SC.
