A fire at an Upstate apartment complex has left a dozen people displaced. The Berea Fire Department responded to the Stratford Villa Apartments, Monday.
Firefighters arrived and found the fire had engulfed parts of the attic and roof of the building. 7 units were evacuated and firefighters were able to get everyone out safely.
12 people were displaced as a result of the fire. The Red Cross responded and is assisting the victims. The cause of the fire is still unknown, as of the time of this report.
