A bail bonds agent in the Upstate is accused of kidnapping a client. The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says, 48 year old Virginia Lea Driver has been arrested and charged with kidnapping one of her clients.
The charges stem from an incident in March, in which Driver allegedly went to her client's home, took him into custody and brought him to her house. Investigators say, Driver refused to let the victim go, until he got approval for a loan to pay her money that he owed.

Driver was taken into custody this past Sunday. The Sheriff's Office has not given any word on why it took from march until now, for Driver to be charged.
