The 12 year old boy that was killed in an Upstate school shooting was laid to rest over the weekend. A memorial service was held for Jamari Jackson Saturday afternoon. His visitation started at 1 PM and the memorial service began at 2 PM at Relentless Church in Greenville. Jackson was fatally shot by a fellow student at Greenville's Tanglewood Middle School March 31st.

The family's attorney Margie Pizzaro released a statement over the weekend saying " As the family moves forward they ask for peace and privacy while they allow the system to work.
