A Greenwood county Sheriff's Office Captain has been terminated after being arrested on domestic violence charges, over the weekend. Abbeville Police responded to a home there just before midnight , Saturday.
Upon arrival, a family member told police that Josh Hood had threatened to kill his wife and had sent her threatening text messages. Hood was arrested at the home in Abbeville and charged with Third Degree Domestic Violence.
Hood has since been fired from the Greenwood County Sheriff's Office.
