An Upstate man was arrested late last week on child sex crime charges. Police say, 35 year old Austin Stanley Waulters had been communicating online with a minor in another state.
Investigators claim that Waulters coerced the victim to engage on sexual acts on camera while the two video chatted on Skype.
Waulters is charged with 3rd degree sexual exploitation of a minor, solicitation of a minor and drug possession. He faces up to a decade in prison on the various charges.
