An Upstate man is in custody facing child sex crime charges in both North and South Carolina.
The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office assisted Cleveland County North Carolina Deputies in serving warrants for Indecency With A Minor on 62 year old, Ian Michael Farnsworth.
An additional investigation revealed another victim and additional allegations in Spartanburg County. Farnsworth was then charged with 1st degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
He's being held in Spartanburg County as the investigation continues. The Sheriff's Office encourages any additional victims to come forward .
