An Upstate man is facing charges after a deadly crash late last week. Rob Jones has more. 23 year old Samuel Greene was killed after he was hit while riding his motorcycle, early last Friday morning.
The crash happened in Downtown Greenville at the intersection of North Academy and North Church Streets. Greene was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Greenville Police Department has now announced that, 35 year old Ross Latini of Taylors, is charged with DUI following the crash. Police say Latini, showed signs of being visibly intoxicated at the scene.
He refused a sobriety test at the crash site and later refused to take a breathalyzer. A warrant was obtained to draw his blood, the results of the blood test are still pending.
