An Upstate man is set to spend two decades behind bars after he running over a woman with her own car. The 13th Circuit Solicitor's Office says 44 year old, Jamal Doctor of Greenville was found guilty on charges of domestic violence, violating a restraining order and using a vehicle without permission.
Court records say, Doctor stole the victim's car at a laundromat in Greenville and then when she tried stopping him Doctor ran the woman over and fled in her vehicle.
He has been sentenced to 20 years in the South Carolina Department Of Corrections.
