The suspect accused of shooting and killing a man at an Upstate nightclub four years ago will spend the next four decades behind bars. The 13th Circuit Solicitor says 26 year old, Aaron Messiah Harper has been convicted of murder.
Court evidence showed that in September of 2021 Harper went to the Kream Bistro and Lounge on Halton Road in Greenville. While there, Harper shot and killed the victim Elijah McDuffie.
Court records show Harper fired five times during the incident. Harper has been sentenced to 43 years in the South Carolina Department of Corrections.
