An Upstate school district remains offline after a weekend data breach. Cherokee County School District officials say that the cyber attack happened over the weekend and impacted information they had on their network.
The district says it's working with IT consultants and state officials to get back online. Work is ongoing to resolve the issue, but limited access is expected throughout the week.
