The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office has announced three arrests stemming from a major drug operation. All three busts happened on May 1st after the Narcotics Division was tipped off to the deliveries.
Sheriff's Office Lieutenant Kevin Bobo reports that 28 year old, Kaleb Lee Cheatwood took the 1st delivery of about 7 pounds of meth and was then arrested for trafficking.
A couple hours later, the Narcotics Unit learned that a North Carolina man was trying to have three punds of meth delivered to an Upstate store. 48 year old Robin Brian Frady of Cliffside , North Carolina picked up a delivery of 3 pounds of meth at a store in Campobello. Deputies moved in and arrested him for trafficking over 400 grams.

Then later that night, 56 year old , David Oscar Rudisill of Cowpens had 3 pounds of the same substance delivered to his home. When deputies swooped in, Rudisill fled the scene in his vehicle. Stop sticks were used to deflate his tires and he was eventually taken into custody. Rudisill was arrested and is charged with meth trafficking, failure to stop and multiple weapons violations.

The Sheriff's Office says Cheatwood was already on house arrest after being arrested for meth trafficking, earlier this year.
