One person is injured and a suspect is in custody after a stabbing in the Upstate, Tuesday. The Union Police Department responded after a man arrived at Union Hospita with stab wounds. The victim was later airlifted to another hospital.
The suspect, Michael Anthony Dinneen III was arrested after he reportedly stabbed the victim in the torso at a home on James Street in Union. Investigators say, Dinneen then tossed the knife into the woods at an intersection.
He is charged with attempted murder and a weapons violation.
