A teenager has been charged after the victim in a Greenville shooting died from their injuries, days later. As we previously reported, the Greenville County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported shooting on Leacroft Drive in Greenville, May 16th.
Upon arrival, deputies found a man who had been shot. He was taken to Greenville Memorial where he died this past Thursday. The victim has been identified as 25 year old, Brykevious Santwan Williams. An autopsy revealed his cause of death to be a gunshot wound and his manner of death was ruled a homicide.
The Sheriff's Office has since announced that 18 year old, Kingston Lebron Kelly has been arrested in connection to the shooting. He's charged with murder and a weapons violation. Kelly is being held without bond in Greenville County.
