A woman is set to spend over a decade behind bars after a deadly DUI crash in the Upstate, last year. The 7th Circuit Solicitors Office says, Janna Anne Sprouse has been sentenced to 12 years in prison after pleading guilty to a fatal DUI charge.
Court records show that Sprouse on South Charleston Street in Blacksburg in February of 2025 when she struck a pedestrian. The victim 42 year old, Charlton Ruby Richardson was pronounced dead at the scene.
