The victim of a Christmas Eve burglary in the Upstate was able to subdue the suspect themselves.
The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported burglary at a business on Reidville Road in Moore, around 1130AM Tuesday.
Deputies say when they arrived the victim was holding the suspect down on the ground. The victim said when he arrived, a back window had been shattered.
The suspect, 48 year old Jamison Crowder was found with a backpack containing stolen items from the business. Crowder is charged with 2nd degree burglary and a weapons violation.
