Three Western North Carolina Bail Bonda Agents are charged for breaking into a home.
A Jackson County Grand Jury indictment says 23 year old, Christian Paul Field and 38 year old, Sarah Cochran went to a house in Cullowhee looking for a suspect back in May.
The house belonged to the suspect's mother. The indictment claims Field and Cochran wrongfully entered a home, took a cell phone belonging to the suspect and allegedly shoved the woman.
Christian and Kevin Field are also accuses of wrongfully entering the home again a few days later. Christian Field and Cochran are both charged with breaking an entering, larceny and assault. Kevin Field is charged with breaking and entering.
