A man in the Western North Carolina mountains is facing child sex crime charges. The Transylvania County Sheriff's Office says 62 year old, Rodney Lee Cooper was arrested Tuesday on a charge of 3rd degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
The investigation into Cooper began in December after investigators were tipped off. The Sheriff's Office says the NCBI was also involved in the investigation.
