A Westminster woman is facing multiple charges after a domestic dispute. The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says 36 year old Rachel Marie Foster is charged with kidnapping, aggravated domestic violence and a weapons violation.
Deputies were dispatched Thursday morning to meet the victim who had fled the incident location. The man told Deputies that Foster had pointed a gun at him and would not allow him to leave a home on North Retreat Road near Westminster.
Foster had also fled the scene and was taken into custody after a traffic stop on Highway 11.
