For the last few weeks there has been much said about a possible Russian invasion of the Ukraine. Tensions between those two countries have been running high. If those two countries do end up at war, what role would the U.S. have? Secretary Of State Anthony Blinken is set to meet later this week with Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. The White House Press Secretary says that President Biden has agreed in principle to meet with Vladimir Putin in an effort at diplomacy, to try and ease tensions between the two countries. If Russia and Ukraine do go to war with each other, would it then set off a chain of events in which the U.S. would get involved?
