A woman is facing charges after a stabbing in the Western North Carolina mountains. The McDowell County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported stabbing in Marion, last week. Upon arrival, deputies found a man suffering from multiple stab wounds.
The victim told deputies that he was stabbed with a picket knife while he was sleeping inside his home. The suspect 40 year old, Tiffany Ann Justice was then taken into custody. She's charged with assault with intent to kill and has initially been denied bond.
