A woman has been found safely and a suspect is in custody after she was missing for several months. In January, Sadie Tolley a 29 year old mother went missing after last being seen in Buncombe County.
On Thursday , she was found safe at the Waynesville Police Department. Tolley then gave police information that led to the arrest of the suspect, Winston Eccleston of Haywood County.
He's charged with 1st degree kidnapping and is being held in Buncombe County.
