Postman Law Project Sanctuary Radiothon

99.5 The Mountain has a commitment to the veterans in our community and a passion for helping fulfill the needs of those vets and their families. We have partnered with Project Sanctuary because of its commitment to help military families thrive through an evidence-based program built on compassion advocacy, providing resiliency and reintegration tools as well as reestablishing hope.

The Project Sanctuary Radiothon “Helping Heroes Heal” presented by Postman Law returns to 99.5 The Mountain on Monday, November 10, 2025 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Throughout the day we’ll be taking donations in support of Project Sanctuary and its mission to provide active-duty and veteran families counseling, therapy, recreation and to change how military families heal. You can help by making a donation online, or by calling (720) 623-2995 any time during the Radiothon.

•Project Sanctuary believes that every military family has the right and ability to heal. Veterans and service members often struggle to transition into a “new normal” after service or deployment.

Faced with higher rates of unemployment, addiction, suicide, and other challenges, military families too often fight their battles alone.
- Colorado alone has nearly 400,000 Veterans
- An average of 117 military families reach out each month to Project Sanctuary
- More than 9,000 hours donated by 70 Project Sanctuary volunteers in 2022
- Of the servicemen and women Project Sanctuary served our the past year, 91% self-reported a service-connected injury, 74% self-reported experiencing Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and 27% self-reported a Traumatic Brain Injury
- Project Sanctuary has helped more than 2,100 military families since beginning
- Project Sanctuary will host 23 therapeutic retreats across the country in 2023; 10 will be held in Colorado.
- 100% of funding for PS comes from private donations such as yours.
