Pizza is beloved by just about everyone, but when it comes to reheating a slice the next day, there are a number of differing opinions on the correct method to use. Some people prefer using an oven, while others look for speed by choosing the microwave, despite the soggy slice it produces. Luckily, pizza experts at Dominos have revealed a hack to use when microwaving pizza to avoid getting soggy.

Domino’s Australia wanted to conduct an experiment on the best method for reheating leftover pizza, and sent their best minds to solve the debate. What they found was that the preferred method to use would be reheating on a dry frying pan or in an oven set to a low temperature. Of course the real revelation came when the experts revealed the trick to microwaving pizza is to place a cup of water in the microwave to remove moisture form the dough.

The pizza delivery giant also revealed a number of other interesting methods for leftover pizza, including reheating in a waffle iron, or using the leftover crust to make churros. Of course those who prefer their leftover pizza cold probably think all this is just a waste of time.
