It’s hard to believe that it’s already been a year since we lost Cranberries singer Delores O'Riordan.
Musician Vic Mensa wanted to pay tribute to O'Riordan with a cover ‘Zombie' on the anniversey of the the singers death. The Chicago rapper wrote in a statement that he and his new band 93PUNX connected to ‘Zombie’ as it was a protest of the 1993 IRA bombing. “We connected to Zombie because we were born from violence.” Mensa has spent the last few years as a gun reform advocate.
