The Head & The Heart Have Been On "Today" and "The Tonight Show" This Week

The Head & the Heart are making the rounds before they head to Toyota Music Factory on Friday, July 12th. 

They performed "Rivers and Roads" with Jimmy Fallon earlier this week.
