Italian rockers Måneskin have revealed their first new single, ‘GOSSIP,’ from their forthcoming third album, RUSH, featuring Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello. The track is set for release on January 13, 2023, just a week ahead of the full album’s arrival on January 20.

Måneskin shared a photo with RATM's Tom Morello on their social channels today, December 15, offering up the first tease of their 2023 album, unfortunately without any new sounds or an official tracklist to hold fans over. However, other tracks released over this past year are expected to make appearances on RUSH, like their 2022 singles “The Loneliest,” ”Supermodel,” and “If I Can Dream,” from the soundtrack to Baz Luhrmann’s ELVIS biopic.

While no teaser has been released yet for "GOSSIP," the band did reveal earlier this year in a chat with NME that the full RUSH album is heavily inspired by British rockers Radiohead -- with frontman Damiano David saying, “People have got our aesthetic, now we’ve got to show the inside.”

Bassist Victoria De Angelis added, “It’s a new side for our new audience, but we’ve always been playing ballads. That’s always been a big part of our music, so with this one, we tried to experiment a bit more with the sound. We listened to a lot of Radiohead where they work a lot with pedals.”

Måneskin's RUSH is scheduled for release on January 20, 2023 with the new single "GOSSIP" preceding it on January 13. Pre-orders are available now.

2023 Best New Artist GRAMMY nominee Måneskin's past year was full of incredible accomplishments, including providing support for The Rolling Stones, working on their third album, touring the festival circuit, and more. But they're not done yet, with more overseas shows planned now and into the new year. Take a look at Måneskin’s full tour itinerary HERE.

Back in October of 2022, Rage Against The Machine was forced to put the breaks on their North American tour into 2023 as the band’s frontman Zack de la Rocha continues to nurse a serious leg injury sustained while on the road earlier this summer. Additionally, news surfaced this week that bassist Tim Commerford has been privately going through a battle with cancer.
