PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — There’s a new Philadelphia sports perk in town.

The Sixers are replacing the Wendy’s Frosty Freeze Out promotion with a new one for the 2022-23 season: Chick-fil-A’s Bricken for Chicken deal.

Here’s how it works. The day after an opposing player misses two consecutive free throws during the second half of a Sixers home game, fans can get free Chick-fil-A chicken nuggets. (Remember, the chain is closed on Sundays.)

The first time a player misses two consecutive free throws, fans can claim a five-piece nugget entree. A second time, it goes up to an eight-piece. And a third, customers get a 12-count.

The promo is valid at greater Philadelphia-area Chick-fil-A locations.

Fans must claim the offer in the Chick-fil-A app by 10:30 a.m. the next business day. Once the deal is claimed, it must be redeemed within three days.
