Dustin Lynch is celebrating the release of his brand new single, “Thinking ‘Bout You" featuring Mackenzie Porter, which was recently highlighted as Audacy’s Country Hit Pick of the Week. The song also earned the title of most-added at Country radio via the Mediabase chart on its first official week on the airwaves.
While the original version of the song on his album Tullahoma featured Lauren Alaina, Dustin was forced to find another female powerhouse to join him for the release to radio when he and Lauren experienced some scheduling issues.
Dustin selected MacKenzie for the spot after holding blind auditions that were open to the entire Nashville music community.

“I kept coming back to a version time and time again, it was my favorite by far and it ended up being MacKenzie,” Dustin told Audacy’s Coop. “It’s an honor to have her as part of the song… she’s [a] crazy talented writer, and obviously her vocal performance is unmatched… she’s a total pro.”
