The best music venue in Orlando is Uncle Lou's on Mills Ave.
There's a good chance you've never been to the small venue and for good reason. It's unassuming and surrounded by more popular spots like Will's Pub and Lil Indie's.
But what it lacks in allure it makes up for in character and heart.
Local punk and metalheads descend upon the small venue regularly to mosh and drink beer.
It primarily draws the harder music, but the best part about Lou's is that nearly ANYONE, of any genre, can play there.
If there's an open night, make a request to Lou and get your gear ready. Just be prepared to play for a crowd of a few... that's until you build your fanbase.
