I have some real concerns about the direction they're taking the new Child's Play film.
I understand that they want to make things more modern and give things an update. However, the concept throws me a bit.
As you can see in the trailer below, it appears Chucky is a rogue AI. This a huge deviation from the original where Chucky was possessed by a killer.
There is always the chance that I am totally off base. I hope I am pleasantly surprised because I will likely be seeing this movie.
