
Marcus Mumford knows just how important it is to take care of his mental health in order to maintain the best version of himself. He recently shared some of his best mental health practices in light of Audacy’s I’m Listening initiative.

"Talk to people,” he said of one of his most go-to coping mechanisms when times get tough. “Especially the people around me. I don't think it takes expensive therapy always.”
He continued, "I think that has a time and a place for sure, and professionals I believe in, but I think it starts with people around you."
Mumford also noted the impact healthy eating and moving his body has on a positive mental health space. “I try and get outside,” he shared. “Move more and eat less — that really, really has an effect on me and my brain.”
