Earlier this year, Sabar BBQ in Fort Worth was named to Texas Monthly’s list of the Top 50 barbecue restaurants in the state of Texas.
Over the weekend, they announced they would be closing permanently.
Operating out of a food truck at 105 S. Main St. in Fort Worth since 2023, Sabar posted a photo on Instagram stating that “An opportunity came up that we couldn’t pass on.”
Sabar BBQ announced their final day of service would be this Saturday December 20.
They will be open at 105 S. Main St. from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. or until they sell out.
