Babe's Chicken Dinner House is an incredibly popular spot amongst North Texans and is finally receiving some national recognition!
Babes's was the only restaurant in Texas to be recognized in Southern Living's list of the best locally-owned Southern restaurants in the country!
The magazine said of Babe's, "The fried chicken at Babe's Chicken Dinner House recently brought a guest to tears—of joy. Just like her grandmother's, she said."
According to WFAA, Babe's Chicken Dinner House first opened in Roanoke in 1993 and is still owned by the founding family, the Vinyards, who also developed the recipes.
The restaurant has grown to have locations in Garland, Sanger, Carrollton, Burleson, Granbury, Frisco, Cedar Hill, North Richland Hills, and Arlington.
