Last week, many throughout DFW were excited as beloved fried chicken chain, Bojangles, announced they were finally expanding to North Texas.
Now, the first four locations have been announced, and they are expected to open sooner than many expected. Euless will be the first to get a Bojangles and the new location should be ready by spring 2023.
When Bojangles first announced plans to expand to Texas back in 2021, they discussed potential locations in Garland, Richardson and Mesquite. However, it appears plans have changed as instead the first four locations will open in Euless, Lancaster and Frisco. According to Dallas Morning News, construction has already began on the Euless and Lancaster locations, with the first Frisco restaurant set to break ground later this month.

All three locations are expected to open by spring or summer 2023. A second Frisco location will also open at 2821 Eldorado Parkway, according to state records. Soon, all of DFW will be able to get a taste of the iconic chicken.
