Charles Barkley's feud with San Antonio has been well documented, but appears the NBA Hall-of-Famer has another Texas city square in his crosshairs.

In a recent rant about the New Orleans Pelicans loss in the playoffs to the Oklahoma City Thunder, Barkley suggested as punishment the Pelicans should be sent to that "dirty a** water" in Galveston.

Barkley's comments have, of course, drawn the ire of Galveston natives.  The official X account of Galveston posted that "Win or lose, @PelicansNBA are always welcome in Galveston."

Barkley even received word from Galveston native Tina Knowles, also known as Beyoncé's mom who wrote on Instagram, "Chuck, we don't play about Galveston, Texas! You better watch it sucker! Our water might not be blue, but it is still the beach and we love it!"
