Drinking the tears of your opponent has been used as a rallying cry for sports fans for decades. Now, it's a reality.
Fireball Whisky will be on-hand at several rivalry college and professional football games over the next couple of weeks with one mission in mind: collect the tears of the fans of whichever teams lose.
Fireball will be taking those tears and infusing them into bottles of Fireball which they will distribute as "Crier-ball." So sports fans will literally be able to drink the tears of their opponents!
Fireball will be going to six major rivalry games this season:
November 2: Florida Gators vs. Georgia Bulldogs in Athens, GA November 10: Philadelphia Eagles vs. Dallas Cowboys in Dallas, TX November 17: Green Bay Packers vs. Chicago Bears in Chicago, IL November 17: Baltimore Ravens vs. Pittsburgh Steelers in Pittsburgh, PA November 30: Auburn Tigers vs. Alabama Crimson Tide in Tuscaloosa, AL November 30: Michigan Wolverines vs. Ohio State Buckeyes in Columbus, OH
According to PEOPLE, every tear drop will be captured and "stored in sealed, sterile jars then safely transported to a secure facility for storing and distillation." Fireball has suggested that the Crier-ball might taste "saltier."
Unfortunately, Crier-ball won't be ready for this season, and sports fans can expect to pick up a bottle next year. No information has been released on how Fireball will roll out the Crier-ball.
