Fort Worth to host Chuck E. Cheese concert next week

Chuck E. Cheese and Munch's Make Believe Band to Perform on July 2

Going to see live music is almost always a great experience, especially if it’s a beloved band or musician. With a number of iconic acts back on the road, many are hoping to have the chance to see some of their favorites live this summer. However, as every parent knows, sometimes kids’ fun is more important that the adults, which is why many DFW parents will be in Fort Worth this weekend to see Chuck E. Cheese and Munch's Make Believe Band.

Most kids have fond memories of their time spent at Chuck E. Cheese. For some it’s the games, for others it’s the food, but one thing that sticks with almost anyone that walks into a Chuck E. Cheese is the music. Now, the iconic band that usually entertains inside the restaurant is hitting the road. Chuck E. Cheese and Munch's Make Believe Band will be at Trinity Park in Fort Worth on July 2 for their second annual summer concert tour.

According to SPM Communications Inc, the outdoor concert will feature three new songs from the band, as well as songs from Chuck E. Cheese’s album, ‘Summer of Fun.’ Fans will be able to stick around after the show for a meet and greet with Chuck E. Cheese. While it may not be what most parents were expecting to do Fourth of July weekend, at least the kids will be happy.
