As anyone who has purchased a home knows; the search for the perfect piece of property can be long and tedious. However, for fans of the 90s sitcom ‘Sabrina the Teenage Witch’ the perfect home may have just become available. The Victorian home used in the beloved series recently hit the market, and is currently being listed for nearly $2 million.

Located in Freehold, New Jersey the home who’s façade was used as the fictional home for ‘Sabrina the Teenage Witch’ has gone through quite the transformation over the years. The home was actually used as a law office when it was first used on the series, and its most recent owners have renovated the property in hopes of someone purchasing it as an office space. Of course, the owners are hoping its celebrity connection helps attract buyers to the 6,800-square-foot building.

“I think it would be a selling point," said Michael Lubrano, an agent with Century 21 Action Plus Realty in Freehold. According to USA Today, the home is currently listed for $1.95 million. If there is a ‘Sabrina the Teenage Witch fan’ out there with money to spend, this may just be the perfect home.
