Two Michelin Star0winning BBQ pitmasters from Austin are setting up shop in London for a one-month residencies.
John Bates of InterStellar BBQ and Ali Clem of La Barbecue will be serving their wares at the London hotel The Nedfrom September 4 through October 8.
According to CultureMap Dallas, items on the menu include pork ribs, pulled lamb shoulder, chopped cheese sausage, and InterStellar's famous peach tea pork belly burnt ends. Brisket will also be available as an add-on.
The sharing tray is available for $75 a person, with a minimum of two people per reservation ($150).
