The food explosion continues in North Texas as one of the most popular restaurants in Japan has announced their first-ever location in DFW.

Pepper Lunch will be opening its first Texas location in Frisco in late 2025!

According to the Dallas Morning News, Pepper Lunch is known for its rice dishes, Japanese curries, and teriyaki, beef, and chicken, and customers cook their own meals at the table!

Each table is provided a hot plate where customers add their own ingredients and sauces themselves.

CEO Troy Hooper hopes this is just the beginning for Pepper Lunch in North Texas, and plans to open more restaurants in Carrollton, Plano, Prosper, McKinney, and Fort Worth.

The Pepper Lunch in Frisco is expected to open this December at 9180 Warren Parkway (near Preston Road).
