Well it was a short run for Salad And Go in Texas, as the chain announced yesterday they would be shuttering all of their remaining locations in Texas and would be moving their headquarters out of DFW back to Phoenix.

Salad And Go previously announced they were closing 41 locations around Texas, including all their spots in Houston, San Antonio, and Austin.

A select few remained open in the DFW area, but CEO Mike Tattersfield said the brand’s aggressive growth in the past years was based on a flawed business plan and have decided to shutter the remaining spots in the Lone Star State and move their headquarters from Coppell back to where they were based before in Phoenix.

Tattersfield said per the Dallas Morning News, “by consolidating our operations at our Phoenix area headquarters, we can focus on what matters most: food quality, menu innovation, guest experience, and building for long-term growth.”

Salad and Go’s last day in Texas will be this Sunday, January 11.

The chain previously had 146 locations at the end of 2024, and now will only have 70 remaining in two states, Arizona and Nevada.
