Expanding a restaurant to a new city is a difficult task, as they never know if the new market will respond the same way. While many restaurants have succeeded in new cities over the years, the ultimate test is when they decide to come to Texas. Now, one of the most popular steakhouses in the world, STK Steakhouse, has decided to attempt the challenge, opening their first Texas location in DFW.
STK Steakhouse recently opened at 2000 McKinney Ave., in Uptown, where Perry's Steakhouse used to be located. Known for their "Vibe Dining," the restaurant offers premium dry-aged steak, world-famous cocktails, and music from renowned DJs, according to Dallas Culture Map. "STK offers our guests the ultimate dining experience, making every occasion celebrated in our restaurants a memorable one. We know STK will be a great addition to Dallas’ already bustling restaurant scene and are proud to open our doors to share our unmatched culinary offerings with The Lone Star State,” said One Group president-CEO Emanuel “Manny” Hilario.
The new restaurant will be open for brunch, lunch, and dinner. STK already has locations in Atlanta, Bellevue, Chicago, Denver, Doha, Dubai, Ibiza, Las Vegas, London, Los Angeles, Los Cabos, Miami, Milan, Nashville, New York City, Orlando, San Diego, San Francisco, San Juan, Scottsdale, and Toronto. Hopefully the DFW location lives up to the hype.
